Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has revealed that he plans to change his entire starting lineup for the EFL Cup fixture with Wolverhampton Wanderers.
City have won their last 10 fixtures in all competitions, but the EFL Cup is regarded as being at the bottom of the club's priorities and Guardiola has said that he intends to rest many of his star men for the visit of the Championship outfit.
The 46-year-old is quoted by the Manchester Evening News as saying: "On Tuesday we will play 11 new players.
"There are a lot of games and maybe there are players now who play more regularly than other ones – but in February and March that isn't going to happen.
"Everybody will be involved as you can't play the same players in every game in all competitions."
Claudio Bravo, Danilo, Eliaquim Mangala and Yaya Toure are likely to be among the starters at the Etihad Stadium.
