Manchester City attacker Kevin De Bruyne has said that his team are determined to "win every game" between now and the end of the season.
City currently sit 16 points clear at the top of the Premier League table, with a record of 24 wins, three draws and one defeat bringing 75 points from 28 matches.
Chelsea hold the record for Premier League points in a season with 95 in 2005, and De Bruyne has revealed that Pep Guardiola's side are chasing that number.
"We want to win every game, every time. One at a time, if we win every game we will probably beat that, but it is tough," De Bruyne told reporters.
"We want to be champions, we are trying to achieve that, if its possible in the next five games that would be nice because then we can concentrate on the Champions League, but obviously it's so tough, we have a lot of big games coming up, so we will see."
City will welcome reigning champions Chelsea to the Etihad Stadium on Sunday afternoon.
