After scoring four goals against Tottenham Hotspur yesterday afternoon, Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko believes that he has finally adapted to the Premier League.
The Bosnian international joined City in January from Wolfsburg but failed to find any consistent goalscoring form.
However, the 25-year-old claims that he is now fully fit and has familiarised himself with football in England.
"I always had a lot of confidence in myself - I wasn't fit when I came here in January, now I feel much better and stronger after the pre-season with the club," he told the club's website.
"Things were difficult for me, because I was new in the best league in the world, and I always knew that it would be tough. But now I know the league better, and the players we play against.
"Now I want to improve with every game."
Dzeko has scored six goals in three Premier League matches this season.
