Manchester City striker Edin Dzeko has said that he lets his goals do the talking in the selection race at the club.
Dzeko faces constant competition for a starting place up front from Sergio Aguero and Mario Balotelli.
"Is it frustrating not to start? Of course, when you have scored so many goals," Dzeko said.
"OK sometimes you can play badly but at the end of the day it's the manager's decision and we respect that.
"It's good to have so many quality players around you. But hopefully my goals are doing the talking for me."
The 25-year-old got on the scoresheet during City's 3-0 win over Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
