Manchester City are unable to prove that Carlos Tevez refused to play against Bayern Munich, according to The Sun.
The Argentine striker was suspended by the club after he allegedly refused to come off of the substitutes' bench during their Champions League tie last month.
City also recently announced that Tevez would face disciplinary action for the events at the Allianz Arena.
However, it has been reported that no playing, coaching or medical staff on the bench can confirm that he refused to play.
