James Milner has admitted that Manchester City need to find the "feel-good factor" as they target a strong finish to the season.
Poor form since the start of 2015 has seen the champions drop to fourth in the table, and Milner believes that beating West Ham United on Sunday will be vital for the squad's confidence following last weekend's disappointment in the Manchester derby.
"It'd be nice to win 5-0 and play amazing football against West Ham," the England international told reporters. "But the most important thing is to win the game and get back to winning ways and to try and get a feel-good factor back around the place again.
"The only way we can change things is by starting to win football matches again. After last weekend, we just want to get back on the field and get some points on the board, really."
City have lost six of their last eight games in all competitions.
