Leicester City manager Nigel Pearson has said that his team can no longer view Wednesday's Premier League match against Manchester City as "a bonus game".
The Foxes are currently bottom of the Premier League, four points adrift of safety.
"Before a ball is kicked in a season people would look at a fixture like this and say it is a bit of a bonus game," Pearson told The Mirror.
"But we can't have too many bonus games from here on in because we haven't got enough points for that.
"It is an important game for us and I want us to perform well again but we need to start picking up some scrappy points as well."
Leicester City have failed to win in their last five matches.
