Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has refused to get carried away by his side's chances of winning the Premier League title following Liverpool's draw with Crystal Palace.
The Blues now need just four points from their remaining two games to be crowned champions of England after their rivals surrendered a three-goal lead at Selhurst Park on Monday night.
Despite his team being favourites to lift the trophy next weekend, Pellegrini insists that they still have plenty of work to do.
"We have to win the game against Aston Villa; then at the end of the week, we will see which team has more points," the Chilean is quoted as saying by Sky Sports News.
"We will prepare exactly the same as we have done in all the games during the year. The next game is always the most important."
City have been dealt a blow before their match against Villa, with Sergio Aguero being ruled out due to a groin problem.
