Outgoing midfielder Yaya Toure has branded Manchester City's Premier League title success "very special".
Toure has now won three English championships since moving to the Citizens, and it will be his last as the 34-year-old prepares to leave the club at the end of the 2017-18 campaign.
City were presented with the Premier League trophy following Sunday's goalless draw with Huddersfield Town, and Toure has revealed his delight at being part of the club's success.
"It's very special. Today we were okay but we fully deserve it this year. This group are younger and full of energy and enthusiasm. It is fantastic to be part of this team," Toure told Sky Sports News.
Toure was an unused substitute against Huddersfield at the Etihad Stadium, with the midfielder only making nine Premier League appearances during the 2017-18 campaign.
