Gabriel Jesus and Ilkay Gundogan take Silva and Sane's places as the Citizens seek to win a 12th league game in a row.

Maya Yoshida, Oriol Romeu, Mario Lemina, Nathan Redmond and Shane Long replace Steven Davis, Charlie Austin, Dusan Tadic, Sofiane Boufal and James Ward-Prowse, who does not even make the bench.
