Manchester City defender Aleksandar Kolarov is ready to leave the club at the end of the current campaign, according to the Daily Mail.
The Serbia international is reportedly disappointed with the lack of first-team opportunities at the Etihad Stadium.
The 27-year-old has fallen behind Gael Clichy in the pecking order, starting only nine Premier League games so far this season.
It is thought that he is likely to request a transfer this summer, with Juventus, AC Milan and Inter Milan reportedly ready to make a move.
However, Kolarov may have to take a pay-cut to land a move back to Italy, as Serie A sides are unlikely to match his £100,000 per week salary.
Kolarov joined City from Lazio in 2010 for a fee of £16m.
