Bayern Munich have reportedly offered Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane the number 10 shirt at the Allianz Arena as they step up their pursuit of the Germany international.
Sane's future remains the subject of much speculation as his contract at the Etihad Stadium is due to expire at the end of the 2020-21 campaign.
Bayern were strongly linked with the former Schalke 04 youngster last summer, but a serious knee injury ultimately prevented him from being able to leave the Etihad Stadium.
The Bundesliga champions are thought to be determined to sign the 24-year-old in the upcoming market, and according to Bild, they are prepared to offer him the coveted number 10 shirt.
Philippe Coutinho currently sports the famous jersey, but the Brazil international is expected to return to Barcelona this summer following the completion of a loan spell.
Arjen Robben wore the famous number for Bayern between 2009 and 2019, while the likes of Roy Maakay and Lothar Matthaus have also had the '10' for the club.
