Edinson Cavani has alerted Europe's elite clubs by admitting that he could be open to leaving Napoli at the end of the season.
The Uruguayan striker is one of football's hottest properties following his scoring exploits in Serie A, which have seen him amass a total of 71 goals in 99 games.
Such statistics have apparently attracted interest from Manchester City and Real Madrid, and Cavani has hinted that he would consider a summer exit from Napoli.
He told La Repubblica: "I'm fine in Naples, but in football there are lots of things to consider. I can only say that I will give my all in this shirt until the last day I wear it."
It has been reported that the 26-year-old will cost around £40m.
