Manchester City have entered talks with highly-rated young Turk Cengiz Under, his club have confirmed.
Super Lig club Istanbul Basaksehir revealed that the Sky Blues have held negotiations with the 19-year-old, but a deal is yet to be finalised, reports Goal.com.
Under, who plays as an attacking midfielder, impressed at his club last season and has already broken into the Turkey national team, scoring twice in four appearances.
Tottenham Hotspur, Chelsea and Manchester United are said to have monitored the youngster's progress.
Meanwhile, Gael Clichy has completed his move from City to Basaksehir.
