Bayer Leverkusen have reportedly placed an £88m price tag on attacker Florian Wirtz, amid interest in the youngster ahead of this summer's transfer window.
The 19-year-old is currently playing through his fourth Bundesliga season with Leverkusen, but has only featured nine times in the league so far this term due to an injury at the beginning of the campaign.
With the ability to play in a multitude of attacking positions, Wirtz is a key part of the BayArena side who are looking to earn a top-six finish in the Bundesliga this season.
According to Manchester Evening News, Leverkusen have placed an £88m price tag on the Germany international ahead of a transfer window in which the player's three-year stay at the club could come to an end.
The report adds that a host of top European clubs are interested in securing the services of Wirtz, including Premier League side Manchester City and La Liga giants Barcelona and Real Madrid.
It is said that Leverkusen might be willing to part ways with the youngster in the summer for the right price, however that fee could be climbing into nine-figure territory.
