Manchester City have reportedly identified Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci as a possible summer signing.
The departure of Vincent Kompany and the potential exit of Nicolas Otamendi has left Pep Guardiola needing to contemplate at least one addition at centre-back this summer.
According to Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla, that has resulted in City enquiring about the availability of Bonucci, who is just one year into his second spell at the Serie A champions.
The 32-year-old is currently regarded as one of the club's top defenders, although that has the potential to change with Matthijs de Ligt likely to arrive from Ajax.
A previous report has indicated that both player and club are not interested in a transfer at a time when Paris Saint-Germain are also weighing up an approach for the Italian.
Bonucci still has four years on his contract.
