Manchester City are believed to have started negotiations with Inter Milan over a possible move for striker Carlos Tevez.
The Argentina international has been embroiled in a transfer saga for the last few months, with AC Milan initially being the likeliest destination for the frontman.
Inter only recently entered the race for the 27-year-old, but City are willing to discuss a potential transfer with the Italian giants as AC Milan refuse to budge on their offer of a loan deal with an option to buy, according to BBC Sport.
Inter president Massimo Moratti recently claimed that the Serie A club are serious in their pursuit of the controversial forward.
