Manchester City have reportedly made an offer for Borussia Dortmund defender Nnamdi Collins.
The 16-year-old has been on the books at Dortmund's youth setup since 2016, and has made 20 appearances for the Under-17 side in the Bundesliga West this season.
According to Bild, the Citizens have already offered the German outfit €2m (£1.7m) in order to acquire the services of the young defender, who has also turned out for the Under-15 and Under-16 German national sides.
Although primarily a centre-back, Collins has proven his capabilities in attack with four goals and one assist in the 2019-20 campaign, and Pep Guardiola will be on the lookout for further defensive reinforcements in the near future.
City currently lie 22 points adrift of Premier League leaders Liverpool, and will face Sheffield Wednesday in the fifth round of the FA Cup on Wednesday evening.
