Manchester City midfielder Albert Rusnak has moved to Oldham Athletic on loan until January.
The 19-year-old left MFK Kosice in 2008 to join City, where he has spent the last five years in the club's development squad.
The former Slovakia Under-18 skipper made his first appearance with the senior side during the end-of-season friendly with Chelsea in America in May.
The Latics moved for Rusnak after Jose Baxter signed for League One rivals Sheffield United for an undisclosed fee.
