Porto attacker Juan Fernando Quintero has claimed that Manchester City are keen to sign him.
Quintero, 25, scored once and provided two assists for Colombia at the 2018 World Cup.
The attacker has been a Porto player since 2013 but has spent the last three years out on loan.
Quintero has most recently been on loan at River Plate, but that particular agreement expired at the end of last month and his future is once again being discussed.
According to the South American, City have met with his agent to discuss a potential move to England.
"I know that my agent has met with Manchester City officials and I am very proud that they are interested in me," Quintero told Radio Continental. "But if I am to return to play in Europe it will be for the benefit of everyone, and not just an economic issue."
Quintero has scored seven times and registered 11 assists in 64 appearances for Porto in all competitions.
