Manchester City defender Bacary Sagna has reportedly attracted interest from Roma ahead of the summer transfer window.
Sagna made the switch to the Etihad Stadium last summer after his Arsenal contract had expired, but the Frenchman has found it difficult to compete with Pablo Zabaleta and has only managed to make 12 starts in all competitions.
According to The Mirror, the lack of regular minutes is encouraging the 32-year-old to consider his future at the club, and Roma are ready to lead the chase for his signature.
The report claims that Roma have made enquiries about his availability, but wages could be a stumbling block in any potential deal as Sagna is believed to be earning £130,000 a week with City.
Sagna signed a three-year deal with the Premier League champions after leaving the Gunners.
