Manchester City star Raheem Sterling reportedly has no intention of opening contract talks as he wants to focus solely on football.
Reports have emerged claiming that the North-West outfit are prepared to offer a fresh £300,000-a-week deal to the attacking player.
At the moment, Sterling, who moved to City from Liverpool in 2015, has two years left on his current contract, which is believed to be worth around £180,000 per week.
According to The Mirror, the two-time Premier League champions want to reward the 22-year-old with new terms, but the man himself will delay talks until after England's World Cup campaign in Russia next summer.
Sterling has scored 13 goals and created two assists in 20 appearances in all competitions for City.
