Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly plotting a move for out-of-favour Manchester City left-back Oleksandr Zinchenko.
The Ukraine international has fallen down the pecking order under Pep Guardiola and is yet to start a Premier League game for the Citizens this term.
Benjamin Mendy and makeshift left-backs Joao Cancelo and Nathan Ake are all preferred to Zinchenko at the Etihad Stadium, with the 23-year-old restricted to three starts in the Champions League.
According to The Sun, Wolves are planning to try again for the left-back after he initially turned down a £19m move to Molineux in 2018, meaning that a January switch could be on the cards.
The report claims that Zinchenko rejected a transfer to the West Midlands as he was convinced that he would become Guardiola's first-choice left-back at City, and Napoli are also keeping a close eye on developments as Zinchenko struggles for a place in the Spaniard's starting lineup.
Zinchenko still has three-and-a-half years left to run on his current deal at the Etihad Stadium, where he has made 71 appearances in all competitions since arriving in 2016.
