Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that he is happy with the Champions League group handed to his Manchester United side.
The Premier League champions have been drawn to face Benfica, Basel and Otelul Galati home and away as they look to qualify through to the knock-out phases for the sixth season in succession.
Ferguson has said that he is pleased with the amount of travelling his squad will have to do and that he is also looking forward to facing Romanian champions Galati.
"It's an interesting draw with no real travel difficulties. We're looking forward to the games," Ferguson told the club's official website.
"Obviously we've played Benfica in the past. They're always great games. Obviously there's great history between the two clubs. Basel are a Swiss team who are doing really well.
"We don't really know much about Otelul Galati but that's the beauty of the Champions League, you get fresh teams to play against. They obviously deserve to be in the competition. It's great for them."
United's first European fixture of the campaign is away to Benfica on Wednesday, September 14.
