Villarreal vs. Arsenal (Thursday, 8.00pm)

Serial Europa League winner Unai Emery welcomes old foes Arsenal to the Estadio de la Ceramica for the first leg of Villarreal's Europa League semi-final clash on Thursday.

The Yellow Submarine defeated Dinamo Zagreb 3-1 on aggregate to advance to the final four, whereas the Gunners swept aside Slavia Prague 5-1 over two legs.

We say: Villarreal 1-1 Arsenal

Arsenal's goalscoring exploits on the road in recent weeks have been admirable, and they will endeavour to keep that hot streak going now that Aubameyang and Lacazette are back in the fold.

Emery knows a thing or two about Europa League triumphs, and the ex-Arsenal boss is surely dreaming about dumping his former employers out of the tournament, but we think the Gunners will do enough to come away with a draw and set up a nail-biting second leg at the Emirates.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 1.5 goals.

Man Utd vs. Roma (Thursday, 8.00pm)

Competition favourites Manchester United host Serie A side Roma in the first leg of their Europa League semi-final on Thursday, with the tie set to play a large role in defining both clubs' seasons.

Coming into their fifth semi-final since the start of last year, United have yet to progress to a final during that time, while the under-performing Italian outfit arrive at Old Trafford on a run of just one victory from their last seven league games.

We say: Manchester United 2-0 Roma

A fascinating clash of cultures is in store over the course of this tie, as possession-orientated Roma - who have conceded more than anyone else in the top half of Serie A - encounter a Manchester United side that are at their most dangerous on the counter.

Confidence is certainly higher in the hosts' camp though, as the Giallorossi have stumbled their way through spring while in-form United continue to find goals from a variety of sources, so the English club can establish a useful lead to take to Rome next week.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
