Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez has praised fellow goalscorer Nani for his performance in the 2-1 victory over Reading in the FA Cup fifth round.
The Portuguese winger replaced the injured Phil Jones in the first half and opened the scoring before providing the assist for Hernandez to secure the victory.
"We were struggling in the last few minutes because Reading really went for it but we were able to hang on. Nani was brilliant today," said Hernandez.
The triumph at Old Trafford means that Sir Alex Ferguson's side will play either Chelsea or Middlesbrough in the last eight of the competition.
Reading manager Brian McDermott insisted that he was happy with his team's character following the result.
