Manchester United will likely be without Eric Bailly until the middle of November due to a muscle injury.
Bailly has made four appearances for United this season, while he was also an unused substitute for the win over Newcastle United last weekend.
However, the Ivory Coast international is now set for a period on the sidelines after sustaining yet another significant injury.
Speaking after United's triumph at Paris Saint-Germain, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer told the club's media team that the 26-year-old would not feature before the next international break.
Bailly will now miss important fixtures against Chelsea, RB Leipzig, Arsenal, Istanbul Basaksehir and Everton before coming back into contention.
The centre-back has featured on just 15 occasions since the beginning of the 2019-20 campaign.
