Paul Pogba takes to social media to assure supporters that "all will be fine" after limping off the field during Manchester United's victory over Basel on Tuesday night.

Paul Pogba has assured Manchester United supporters that "all will be fine" following the injury he picked up during the 3-0 victory over Basel on Tuesday night.

An otherwise positive evening for the Red Devils on their return to Europe's elite club competition was marred by the Frenchman limping off 19 minutes into the contest at Old Trafford.

Speaking immediately after the match, boss Jose Mourinho revealed that he was unsure how severe the damage was and would await the results of a scan.

Reports in the British press suggest that Pogba could face between a month and six weeks on the sidelines, but the midfielder has taken a more positive stance with his latest Instagram post.

"When you know all will be fine," he posted, accompanied by an image of him still using crutches to stand.

Pogba has made a bright start to the campaign, playing a direct part in four goals in the same number of Premier League games for table-toppers United.
