Manchester United midfielder Marouane Fellaini has lasted less than half an hour of Belgium's meeting with Bosnia-Herzegovina before limping off injured.
The 29-year-old, who has already spent time on the sidelines this term, went down off the ball seemingly complaining of a problem to his left knee.
Fellaini was unable to shake off the injury, being replaced by Leander Dendoncker moments later with just 29 minutes on the clock at the Grbavica Stadium.
United boss Jose Mourinho recently hailed the ex-Everton ace as a key part of his title plans this term and is reportedly keen to tie him down to a new long-term deal.
Belgium led Bosnia 1-0 at the time of Fellaini's injury in the World Cup qualifying clash, but they were behind within 10 minutes of the midfielder's departure.
