Mason Mount trained alongside his new Manchester United teammates on Thursday, with the attacker fully recovering from the pelvic injury that forced him to miss the end of last season.
The England international completed a £55m move to Old Trafford from Chelsea earlier this week, penning an initial five-year contract with the 20-time English champions.
Mount has now been pictured training alongside his new teammates on the first day of pre-season, suggesting that he will be in line to make his debut for the club against Leeds United in a friendly on July 12.
The 24-year-old underwent surgery on a pelvic issue at the end of April, which ruled him out of the latter stages of the 2022-23 campaign.
Mount's final appearance for Chelsea proved to be the 2-1 loss to Brighton & Hove Albion in the middle of April, featuring for 16 minutes of the contest before suffering a further injury setback.
The midfielder found it difficult to show his best form for the Blues last season, only managing three goals and six assists in 35 appearances in all competitions.
However, the England international has left Stamford Bridge with a record of 33 goals and 37 assists in 195 appearances, including 27 goals and 24 assists in the Premier League.
Mount is set to play a big role in Man United's pre-season schedule, with the team working towards their 2023-24 Premier League opener against Wolverhampton Wanderers on August 14.
The attacker won the Champions League, UEFA Super Cup and Club World Cup during his time at Stamford Bridge, and he is confident that he can now help the Red Devils in their quest to secure major trophies.
"I think it's very important and I know exactly what this club is all about and it's about winning trophies and that's exactly what I'm bringing into it as well," he told MUTV.
"I'm hoping we can achieve that, being confident in that. I know I'm still young, but when you get that taste of winning trophies, you want it straight away. I am so eager and determined to be able to do that here."
Mount, meanwhile, will wear the number seven shirt for his new club, and the midfielder has insisted that he 'will not let the club's fans down'.
"I know the history and understand the responsibility that comes with this shirt," Mount posted on his official Instagram account. "The most important for me is to gain your trust and I will work hard to do that. I won't let you down Reds!"
Andre Onana could potentially become Man United's second signing of the summer window, with the Red Devils allegedly launching a new and improved offer to Inter Milan for the goalkeeper.
