Marcus Rashford and Luke Shaw both took part in Manchester United's training session on Wednesday morning, with the pair in contention to feature in Thursday's contest with Sevilla.
The Red Devils will head to Spain on Wednesday to prepare for the second leg of their Europa League quarter-final against Sevilla, with the tie delicately poised at 2-2 following the first leg at Old Trafford.
Both Rashford and Shaw missed out last week, with the former missing Man United's last two matches due to a groin complaint, while the latter has been absent for the last three games due to a hamstring issue.
However, the pair both trained for the Red Devils on Wednesday, handing head coach Erik ten Hag a huge boost at a vital period of the season.
Ten Hag will confirm his travelling squad later this afternoon, but Rashford and Shaw are both set to be included, having been able to train alongside their teammates during the morning session.
There was further good news on the injury front, with Marcel Sabitzer and Tyrell Malacia also able to take part following fitness issues of their own.
Sabitzer picked up an injury in the warm-up ahead of Sunday's Premier League clash with Nottingham Forest, which led to him being pulled out of the squad.
Meanwhile, Malacia complained of a sore knee ahead of the 2-0 victory at the City Ground, which led to the Netherlands international being left out of the league affair.
Sabitzer and Malacia will also be hoping to be included in the squad for Thursday's match, when Man United will be bidding to book their spot in the semi-finals of the competition.
The 20-time English champions will then quickly switch their attention to the FA Cup, preparing to take on Brighton & Hove Albion in the semi-finals of the competition this weekend.
While Rashford, Shaw, Sabitzer and Malacia could all be involved in Spain, Man United will be without the services of a number of important players for the Europa League affair.
Bruno Fernandes is out of the match due to a suspension, while Raphael Varane, Lisandro Martinez, Tom Heaton, Alejandro Garnacho and Donny van de Beek are all injured.
Scott McTominay has also missed Man United's last two games with a knock, and his absence from training on Wednesday suggests that he will again be unavailable against Sevilla.
Martinez and Van de Beek will both be out for the rest of the season, but Varane, Heaton, Garnacho and McTominay are set to return in the coming weeks. body check tags ::
