Raphael Varane has returned to training with Manchester United ahead of Saturday's key Premier League clash with Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
The 28-year-old has missed his side's last three league matches against Everton, Norwich City and Liverpool due to a muscular problem.
The France international was thought to be close to featuring against Liverpool, having started to train with fitness coaches before the contest with the Reds, which ended in a 4-0 defeat.
However, Varane has now been pictured back in full training with the 20-time English champions ahead of the clash with Arsenal in North London.
The World Cup winner has suffered with a number of injury problems during his first season at Old Trafford but has still made 25 appearances in all competitions, including 18 outings in the Premier League.
Scott McTominay was back on the bench against Liverpool after a recent foot problem, and the Scotland international has also been training ahead of the fixture in the capital.
Meanwhile, Cristiano Ronaldo returned to Carrington earlier this week after missing the Liverpool match on compassionate leave due to the death of his newborn son.
