Hello there and welcome to Sports Mole's live text coverage of this evening's Premier League meeting between Swansea City and Manchester United at the Liberty Stadium.
It's already been a fascinating opening day to the new Premier League season, and tonight's clash is sure to be a cracker.
Right, here are the starting lineups for both sides...
SWANSEA: Vorm; Rangel, Flores, Williams, Davies; Britton, Canas, Shelvey, Dyer, Routledge; Michu
MAN UTD: De Gea; Evra, Ferdinand, Vidic, Jones; Giggs, Carrick, Cleverley, Valencia; Welbeck, Van Persie
SWANSEA SUBS: Tremmel, Amat, Taylor, Ki, Pozuelo, Hernandez, Bony
MAN UTD SUBS: Lindegaard, Fabio, Smalling, Anderson, Zaha, Kagawa, Rooney
So, the big team news is that Wayne Rooney starts on the bench for Manchester United. His future at Old Trafford still hangs in the balance, but is today the sort of day where he will make some kind of impact?
Some interesting team news from the Swansea camp as well with record signing Wilfried Bony only starting on the bench.
Right, prediction time: it's not the easiest of starts for United as they begin the defence of their Premier League title, but there's enough talent in that team to win any match. Swansea are sure to put up a right old fight, that's for sure, though United should get the points.
Here we go then! It'll be Swansea to get this one underway...
It's been a great start for the hosts as they dominate possession. United have hardly had a touch of the ball yet.
YELLOW CARD! An early yellow card for Swansea's Canas as he lunges in wildly on Cleverley.
This has been a very lively start indeed. The visitors are starting to come back into it a little more, but Swansea are hustling well when off the ball.
Nervy stuff there for United as Jones' backpass puts De Gea in trouble before the goalkeeper's clearance cannons off Michu and out for a goal kick.
SAVE! Good stop from Vorm to keep out Jones. The youngster hits a half-volley on the edge of the area that Vorm pushes away. That one looked to be dipping under the crossbar. Meanwhile Valencia is the latest name to go into the book for a block on Canas.
Big reaction from the Swansea fans as Chico crunches Welbeck with a hefty challenge. That's what the crowd likes to see.
CHANCE! Van Persie gets a tiny sniff of goal with a header from Evra's cross, but Vorm gathers the ball easily.
CHANCE! Great opportunity for Giggs to give United the leads as he bursts through on goal, but he tries to play in Welbeck which allows the Swansea defence to recover.
MISS! Two chances for the visitors to open the scoring, which they fail to take. Welbeck's initial effort is parried away by Vorm before Giggs whacks the rebound wide.
DISALLOWED GOAL! It's all going on now! There's chaos in the United penalty area as Michu converts from close range, but the flag had already gone up for offside.
The away sides goes on the attack one again as Van Persie drags a weak effort wide with his right foot.
SAVE! Some sloppy defending from United gifts Michu a clear sight of goal, but De Gea is there to push the shot away for a corner. The Spaniard then guides his header wide from the resulting corner.
United may have created the better chances, but it's still Swansea who are enjoying the better possession. They're looking very confident on the ball.
A moment of danger for United as Shelvey's devilish free kick fails to find a Swansea head lurking in the box.
GOAL! SWANSEA 0-1 MAN UTD (VAN PERSIE)
United take the lead and it's Robin van Persie with the goal! Some patient build-up play ends with Giggs hooking a ball over the Swansea defence before Van Persie shows great control before flicking a volley in off the post.
GOAL! SWANSEA 0-2 MAN UTD (WELBECK)
Would you believe it?! It's two goals in two minutes for the visitors as Danny Welbeck is in the right place at the right time to tap in. Valencia drills a low cross into the Swansea box, and the England international is there to nudge the ball home.
Swansea and their fans are a bit shell-shocked at the moment. The home side have played some lovely football throughout most of this first half but they find themselves 2-0 down to the champions.
YELLOW CARD! He may have slipped a bit, but Carrick goes into the book for a challenge on Routledge.
United are looking dangerous every time they go forward at the moment. Carrick and Giggs are both probing that defence with real menace.
YELLOW CARD! Another booking for the visitors as Cleverley clatters into Rangel.
HALF TIME: SWANSEA 0-2 MAN UTD
Something for a dream start to David Moyes's reign as Manchester United manager as he sees his side end the half with a 2-0 lead.
Based on the first half, Swansea might well feel a bit miffed with being 2-0 down. The home side played some slick, possession football during the opening 45 minutes, yet they're just about hanging in there for now.
What can Swansea do to turn things around here? Well, they've got their record signing on the bench in the form of Wilfried Bony. Bringing him on might be a start.
And United? Well, I'm sure that David Moyes will tell them to keep the ball better, but there surely isn't too much you can say to a team who leads 2-0. Here's a question: will we see Wayne Rooney in the second half?
SUBSTITUTIONS: A double change for Swansea as Bony and Hernandez replace Britton and Routledge. Meanwhile United get the second half underway...
There have been a couple of tasty challenges during the opening minutes of this second half. No quarter given by either side.
SAVE! A good stop from De Gea to keep out Michu's rasping long-range drive. The goalkeeper failed to keep hold of it the first time, but recovers quickly to reclaim the ball with Bony in attendance.
Canas has a go from a similar distance, but it sails way over the crossbar.
CHANCE! Bony does well to play in Michu, but De Gea comes quickly off his line to smother the ball out for a corner. The Spaniard has taken a bit of a knock for his trouble and is receiving treatment.
The good news for United fans is that De Gea is back on his feet and looks to be okay. Meanwhile, Dyer hooks in a cross that goes out of play.
Half-hearted penalty appeal from Swansea as Rangel tussles with Vidic in the area, but referee Phil Dowd turns them down. At the other end, Van Persie prods the ball narrowly wide when he really should have done better.
SUBSTITUTION: Here he comes then. Wayne Rooney is on for Ryan Giggs, and he gets something of a mixed reception from the United fans.
A wasted opportunity for the visitors as Van Persie's free kick on the right goes out for a goal kick. United had plenty of bodies in the box there.
Both sides are creating a lot of chances at the moment. Swansea are the latest to have a crack as Rangel blasts a speculative volley wide.
OFF THE LINE! Evra sees his header booted away by Canas on the line from a corner. That would have been game over, surely. As it stands, Swansea have 20 minutes to get themselves back in this.
CHANCE! Swansea nearly half the deficit through Rangel, but the defender's volley goes narrowly wide following Hernandez's deep cross.
GOAL! SWANSEA 0-3 MAN UTD (VAN PERSIE)
That surely is game over now. Van Persie puts United 3-0 up with an absolutely killer finish. The striker used the runs of Rooney and Welbeck to open some space up for himself around 20 yards from goal, and he smashes it past Vorm into the top corner. That is some goal.
De Gea is called into action as he gets down low to hold Rangel's deflected shot.
SUBSTITUTION: Swansea make their final change of the evening as Ki Sung-Yeung replaces Jose Canas.
Ten minutes of normal time left in this one. Can Swansea salvage some pride and get on the scoresheet?
MISS! Swansea should have one goal back as Bony heads wide. The striker had all the time in the world in the area, but somehow nods the ball past the post from close range. That was ugly.
GOAL! SWANSEA 1-3 MAN UTD (BONY)
Bony does get his goal! United lose the ball on the edge of the penalty area, allowing Hernandez to feed it to the striker, who sires past De Gea first time.
SUBSTITUTION: There will be no hat-trick for Robin van Persie as he comes off for Anderson.
There will be four minutes of added time...
GOAL! SWANSEA 1-4 MAN UTD (WELBECK)
United put the icing on the cake late on through Danny Welbeck, and it's a delightful goal as he chips the ball over Vorm after being put through by Rooney.
FULL TIME: SWANSEA 1-4 MAN UTD
The full-time whistle goes and David Moyes has his first Premier League win as Manchester United manager thanks to a 4-1 win over Swansea. Two goals apiece from Robin van Persie and Danny Welbeck did the damage.
Anyway, that's all from me for now. Thank you very much for your company and we hope to see you again soon. Goodnight!
