Gabriela Cavallin - the former partner of Manchester United forward Antony - has called for the 20-time English champions to suspend the Brazilian amid the police investigations into his alleged conduct.
The 23-year-old has been accused of assaulting Cavallin on multiple occasions, with the most serious incident alleged to have occurred in a Manchester hotel in January.
Two further women have also levelled abuse allegations against him, and the Sao Paulo Civil Police and Greater Manchester Police are currently conducting their own investigations.
Antony gave an emotional interview to Brazilian TV on Friday firmly denying any form of violence, but he was removed from the latest Brazil squad due to the sensitive nature of the allegations.
Man United, though, have decided against suspending the forward, and as it stands, he will be available for their next Premier League match against Brighton & Hove Albion on September 16.
Cavallin has said that Antony should not be able to represent his club while the investigations are ongoing.
"Antony needs to be taken off the pitch. It's disappointing he's still allowed to play while there's an investigation," Cavallin told The Sun.
"I am absolutely destroyed by the whole process. How can life go on as normal for him? They can't just know what they know now and not do anything. He needs to be removed.
"I will do everything in my power. I will not give up. People need to be held accountable. It doesn't matter what profession or how famous someone might be.
"If they took action against his teammate (Mason Greenwood), I don't see why Antony should be treated differently."
Cavallin also hit out at Man United for how long it took the club to release a statement acknowledging the situation, with her first complaint believed to have been made in June.
"Why did it take United three months? It's just not OK. I prefer not to believe such a huge club, with such serious and professional people, would cover up a situation like this," she added.
Antony recently admitted that his relationship with Cavallin was "tumultuous" but has firmly denied that he ever physically assaulted her.
The Brazilian has scored eight goals and registered three assists in 48 appearances for Man United since arriving at Old Trafford from Ajax in the summer of 2022. body check tags ::
