Portuguese winger Bebe has revealed that his intention is to return to Manchester United when his loan spell with Rio Ave expires.
The 22-year-old joined Ave in January on a six-month temporary deal, which in turn resulted in speculation that his days as United player were numbered.
However, having performed well during Ave's 2-1 victory over Sporting Lisbon this weekend, Bebe insisted that he is keen to continue his career as a Man United player.
"I feel like I helped the team," he told Record. "But everyone was important. I feel important here because I can play regularly.
"I hope to keep in shape, keep helping Rio Ave until the end of the season and return to Manchester United, which is my club."
Bebe joined United in the summer of 2010 from Vitrria de Guimaraes.
