Daley Blind has insisted that he has fully adapted to playing at centre-back for Manchester United.
The 25-year-old, who joined the Red Devils from Ajax for a reported £14m in 2014, was used either as left-back or midfielder for much of last season.
However, so far this term manager Louis van Gaal has paired Blind alongside Chris Smalling at the heart of the United defence - a position the Dutchman has revealed that he is "most comfortable" in.
"Of course now I feel most comfortable in the centre-back position. There I play every week at Manchester United and I feel good," he told De Telegraaf .
"I have not so much difficulty to play again at left back, central defender or midfielder. I know I can be an important link for this team. That's what I show in lots of matches."
Blind has featured in all 13 of United's matches this term, scoring one goal.
