Manchester United's Daley Blind has claimed that his teammates are "getting used" to Louis van Gaal's management methods.
The Dutchman has been known for his strict approach to coaching, but Blind has insisted that the players are enjoying working with the 63-year-old, who was appointed as David Moyes's replacement in May.
United have secured three wins in the Premier League so far this season, the latest coming against Everton at Old Trafford in Sunday's 2-1 victory.
"I think the players are getting used to it," the Manchester Evening News quotes Blind as saying. "The players like to work with him. Everyone is picking it up very well.
"Training is very hard and very serious and we improve every day and you could see that in the first half against Everton. We have seen that in the first half but now we have to see it over 90 minutes. The play is better though."
After the international break, United will take on West Bromwich Albion at The Hawthorns on October 20.
