Former Manchester United and Arsenal striker David Herd has died aged 82.
The Scot played a key role in the Red Devils' revival following the 1958 Munich air disaster and scored twice in their 3-1 win over Leicester City in the 1963 FA Cup final.
All in all he made 265 appearances for the Old Trafford giants and scored 145 goals.
Herd was also a success at Arsenal, where he scored 107 times in 180 appearances, though he was unable to win a trophy with the Gunners.
The forward, who won five international caps for Scotland, started his career at Stockport County and also played for Stoke City and Irish club Waterford.
