Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand is looking forward to the resumption of the Premier League this weekend after a two-week international break.
The Red Devils host Wigan Athletic at Old Trafford on Saturday, and the centre-back cannot wait to take to the pitch.
"I have just said on Twitter that the break is too long," he told United's official website. "You really feel it when you're not involved in international football.
"You're just sitting and waiting around thinking: 'When is the next game coming?'
"When the games are coming week in and week out, with two or three matches a week, this is the time when you enjoy it the most."
The game against Wigan will be Ferdinand's 400th appearance for United.
