Manchester United striker Javier Hernandez has described himself as the "luckiest player in the world".
The Mexican international's future at Old Trafford has been called into question earlier this summer following the arrival of Robin van Persie from Arsenal.
However, Hernandez made a goalscoring return to the United starting lineup on Saturday during the 4-0 victory over Wigan Athletic.
"Right now, I'm happy," he told reporters. "Every time you have a proper rest and I made my first pre-season with the team of course it's going to help me a lot.
"I'm the luckiest player in the world to be at this club."
The 24-year-old joined the Red Devils from Guadalajara in 2010.
