Manchester United midfielder Juan Mata has claimed that he and his teammates do not need words to highlight the significance of the club's fixture with Liverpool.
The two fierce rivals will meet at Anfield on Saturday afternoon, with United currently sitting joint-top of the Premier League table and with a seven-point advantage over the Merseyside outfit.
The two English giants will be facing each other for the 227th time, and Mata has admitted that the encounter always represents one of United's biggest of the season.
In his blog, the 29-year-old said: "Obviously, we also have to talk about our next Premier League game, in Anfield. This is one of the big games of the season without a doubt.
"There's no need to say what it means for us and for our fans, and I hope that we can play a great game and take the three points to Manchester. We will try to extend our good run of results since the season started."
Mata has started six of United's seven matches in the top flight this season.
