Manchester United boss David Moyes has admitted that he was disappointed by his side's defending in their 3-2 defeat to Yokohama F Marinos on Tuesday.
However, the Scot paid tribute to their opponents in Japan, whom he described as "a decent team".
"It was a really tough game for us. They played well but we conceded really poor goals," he told MUTV.
"They were a decent team and it was warm again. They worked hard enough the players, but we didn't take our chances going forward."
Meanwhile, Moyes also revealed that he has been pleased with the performances of the young players on tour.
"It was a tough games for the young boys," he said. "We wanted to see how they would do and they are all doing well."
Jesse Lingard scored his third goal of the tour in Tuesday's defeat.
