Michael Owen has backed his former club Manchester United to overcome Chelsea at Old Trafford this evening.
The 33-year-old, who retired at the end of last season, recently went on the record to state his belief that the Blues would win the Premier League.
However, Owen believes that the current lack of a "top-class striker" will cost Jose Mourinho's side against the champions.
"Right, even though I've gone for Chelsea to win the league, I'm going for United to win tonight. Chelsea still missing a top-class striker," he wrote on Twitter.
Chelsea have a better record than any other visiting club to Old Trafford in the Premier League era, having won six and drawn seven of their 21 encounters at the North West ground.
