Davide Petrucci has revealed that he is still keen to fulfill his potential at Manchester United.
The Italian playmaker, who has had two loan spells away from Old Trafford, has yet to feature for the club at senior level, despite the fact that he is regarded to be one of the best youngsters to have come through the academy in recent seasons.
However, Petrucci has not given up hope that he will be given the chance to impress by David Moyes.
"Obviously it's still a dream for me to play here. I've never really had the chance. I hope one day that I am given a chance to show if I can do something or not," the 22-year-old told the club's official website.
"I think if you are given an opportunity to show what you can do, it's down to you. Many young players have a chance and some take it while some don't. I never really had one. I hope one day that I do get it."
Petrucci joined United as a trainee from Roma in 2008.
