Manchester United are set to hand new deals to Phil Jones, Chris Smalling and Ashley Young, according to reports.
The trio are all out of contract at the end of next season and have each been linked with a move away from the club this summer.
However, The Mirror claims that Louis van Gaal has been impressed with all three since he arrived at Old Trafford last July and has instructed executive vice-chairman Ed Woodward to negotiate long-term extensions, which are expected to be between three and four years.
United have a host of player contracts to sort out over the next few months, with current deals for David de Gea and Robin van Persie also up in 2016.
Last week, the club announced that Michael Carrick has penned a one-year extension, as Van Gaal continues to shape his squad.
