Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has raised questions over his fitness by taking part in a training session with the England national team.
The 27-year-old has played no part in United's pre-season schedule due to hamstring and shoulder problems, but the forward has joined up with the Three Lions ahead of Wednesday's international friendly against Scotland.
Despite the fitness concerns surrounding the striker, Rooney, who is believed to be keen on leaving Old Trafford this summer, has turned out for training with Roy Hodgson's England side at St George's Park.
Chelsea have had two bids rejected by the Red Devils for the forward's services.
