Ryan Giggs reportedly launched a verbal attack on fourth official Michael Oliver during yesterday's Manchester derby.
The 39-year-old was not included in the Manchester United squad at the Etihad Stadium, but was on the bench as part of David Moyes's coaching staff.
With his team trailing 2-0 at half time, Giggs is said to have approached Oliver in the tunnel to voice his displeasure at what he believed was a serious of unpunished fouls by Manchester City defender Matija Nastasic.
"Get a grip of him. Man up and do your job," the Daily Mail quotes the Welsh veteran as yelling at the official.
United went on to lose the match 4-1, leaving themselves eighth in the Premier League table after five encounters.
