Manchester United's new signing Bastian Schweinsteiger has insisted that he is no longer hampered by injury problems.
The 30-year-old made just 15 appearances in the Bundesliga for Bayern Munich last season due to various injuries.
After signing a three-year deal at Old Trafford on Monday, questions were raised over the German World Cup winner's fitness ahead of the new Premier League season.
However, Schweinsteiger, who won 20 major honours during his time with Bayern, has calmed fears by claiming that he is "feeling great" physically.
"Of course, I had a tough World Cup so after that I was injured until I think end of October, but then I had great weeks and months with Bayern - I was not injured and I am feeling great now at the moment," Schweinsteiger told MUTV.
"I'm here to win titles and that's what United is used to too. I'm looking forward to playing in the jersey."
United are believed to have parted with around £14m for the midfielder.
