Former Manchester United striker Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has insisted that the team can still win the Premier League this season.
The Red Devils endured an indifferent start to the defence of their title under new manager David Moyes, but they have moved to within five points of leaders Arsenal in recent weeks.
Solskjaer, who spent 11 years as a player at Old Trafford, is confident that United have what it takes to recover and mount a serious challenge to retain their crown.
"Of course Man United can win it, absolutely no problem," the Molde boss told Sky Sports News.
"They've got the players to do it, they've got the history to do it, now when David is getting to know the players, I'm sure we'll improve."
United continue their Premier League campaign on Sunday when they travel to Cardiff City.
