Manchester United have admitted that it is too early to establish the extent of the injuries suffered by Dimitar Berbatov, Fabio and Rafael in the 2-1 defeat to Crystal Palace on Wednesday evening.
Berbatov hobbled off with an apparent ankle problem and was later seen wearing a protective boot while twin brothers Rafael and Fabio were also replaced.
United stated on their official website: "We've been in touch with the medical staff at Carrington and unfortunately it is too early to assess the injuries sustained last night by Dimitar Berbatov, Fabio and Rafael.
"Sir Alex will, however, be in a position to reveal more when he faces the press on Friday at his usual pre-match press conference."
The trio are concerns ahead of United's league trip to Aston Villa on Saturday evening.
